Our BBC 2020 WiT Panelists have graciously offered their time to hold Mentoring Circle meetups leading up to BBC 2021.  The purpose of the WiT Mentoring Circle is to provide support for elevating women in the workplace.  The Circle provides a format for participants to learn from one another in a supportive environment, and also drive knowledge transfer and engagement.

We will continue to host meetings every two weeks, structuring our discussions around the following topics:

Jo is the Commercial Business Agility Office Manager at FedEx, where she has been working in the product development space for much of the past 15 years, with over 25 years of Product and Portfolio Management experience overall. She is a Certified Business Architect, and serves on the Business Architecture Guild Council of Executive Advisors, as well as the Agile Memphis Board. She is also a SAFe Practitioner Consultant, and looks for ways to use a wide range of frameworks and practices to connect strategy to execution.
